4. What is your return policy?

We have a 30-day return policy. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.  Re-stock fees may apply.  Please refer to our refund policy for more details.

5. Can I return damaged or defective items?

Yes, if you receive a damaged or defective item, please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

6. Are there any items that cannot be returned?

Yes, certain types of items cannot be returned, including custom manufactured items. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.

7. How long does it take to receive a refund?

Once received and return has been inspected, we will notify you if the refund is approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.

8. Can I exchange an item?

Yes, if you want to exchange an item, the fastest way is to return the item you have (re-stock fees may apply) and make a separate purchase for the new item.

9. How do I start a return?

To start a return, please contact us at sales@htxfluidpower.com. We will provide you with an RMA and instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you an RMA, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom manufactured items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
