Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition

Products must be in original packaging

No signs of wear, damage, or fluid contamination

A Return Authorization (RMA) must be approved prior to sending items back
Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:

Custom-built hydraulic hose assemblies

Custom-cut hose or tubing

Special-order or non-stock items

Electrical components
-
Items that have been installed or used

Clearance or final sale items
Return Process

Email us at sales@htxfluidpower.com with:

Reason for return

Once approved, we will provide return instructions and an RMA number.

Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was incorrect or defective.
Restocking Fee
Approved returns may be subject to a 15–25% restocking fee, depending on the item and condition.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

Contact us within 5 days of delivery

Include photos of the product and packaging
We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible with a replacement or refund.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:

Refunds are issued to the original payment method

Processing time is typically 3–5 business days after approval
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order.
