Shipping policy

At HTX Fluid Power, we strive to offer fast and flexible shipping with very competitive rates. Please review our policy below for important shipping information.

📦 Shipping Charges

• We offer very competitive shipping rates.

• For our $13.95 flat-rate shipping / free shipping over $150, this is available up to 50lbs.  If over 50lbs, we will reach out to collect further shipping costs, if needed.  Magister Hydraulics items do not count towards the $150 free shipping threshold.

• Shipping charges will be collected prior to your order shipping.
  

• You may also request to ship using your UPS or FedEx account number.

• Alternatively, you are welcome to arrange your own shipping.

⏱ Order Processing Times

• Most orders ship same day or the next business day from the manufacturer.

• If an item is out of stock, we will notify you with the lead time for backordered items.

🇺🇸 U.S. Shipping

• Through our website, we currently ship to the 48 contiguous United States only.

• If you are located outside the contiguous U.S. (including Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories), please contact us directly to arrange your order.

• Shipping charges will be collected prior to shipping, or we can use your account.

🌍 International Shipping

• We do ship internationally.

• All international shipments are handled on an Ex-Works (EXW) basis:

• You are responsible for arranging pickup, and covering all shipping, customs, duties, and import fees.

• You may also provide your own shipping account number for convenience.
